AQS CRUISE UPDATE

Hi everyone.  Wow, what a week it has been. We are currently on the island of Santa Dominca, arriving just a couple hours ago.

So far, we’ve had an extraordinary time.  The teachers on this cruise are really great.  They’ve had lectures in the evening, followed by sit and stitch.

Chocolate covered strawberries made their way to each quilters cabin yesterday, compliments of Sew Many Places, and I know that everyone really enjoyed them.  Who doesn’t love chocolate, right?

I can honestly say, this is the first cruise that I have done where the quilters are completing really big quilt projects before they get home.  And that is not only contributed to the quilters abilities, but the wonderful instruction.

We’ve been enjoying some fantastic food, from caviar to roast turkey and everything in between.

The sewing rooms on this ship are the best I’ve been in on any cruise.  Kudos to Costa for providing them for us.  Very large, lots of natural light, no electrical problems at all and everyone seems really, really happy.

So far, so good.

I’ll keep you posted when I get home and recap the entire event.  Does anyone want to go to Paris with us in May?

QUILTERS ROCK!

Hello quilting friends!  Well, here it finally is, the first blog on our website. And I can’t tell you how exciting all of this is for me. As the founder of Sew Many Places, I can honestly tell you, I feel incredibly blessed to be a small part of such an extraordinary industry.

If you have been involved in this industry for a while, I think you will see how Sew Many Places has gradually become the number one travel company for quilters who want to travel.

I would like to invite all of you onboard with us as we move our company to the next level.  Quilting online!  I know you might be familiar with qnntv and some of the other internet opportunities for classes, but our class will be a bit different.  We’ll be quilting around the world in Sew Many Places. Be sure you are on our mailing address both online with your email and also your physical address.  We will be sending some information your way with opportunities to receive free gifts and win a chance to go on some of our cruises and tours.

Thanks for visiting us today, and be sure to check back each day or so. I promise there will be some fun things to see and do.

God Bless,

Jim West, Founder
